SoloPower Receives Offer of Conditional Commitment for $197M Loan Guarantee from U.S. DOE

SoloPower, a San Jose, CA-based manufacturer of flexible thin film solar cells and modules, announced that it has received a conditional commitment from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Loan Programs Office for a $197 million loan guarantee.
